Dear Participants of Future Forces Forum 2026,

It is my honour to welcome you, on behalf of the City of Prague, to another edition of the international Future Forces Forum.

We live in a time when the security environment is evolving faster than ever before. Alongside traditional risks, we face new challenges arising from technological development, cyber threats, the protection of critical infrastructure, and the management of emergencies and crisis situations. This makes cooperation between public authorities, security and defence organisations, academia, and the private sector more important than ever.

Future Forces Forum provides a unique platform for sharing expertise, presenting innovative solutions, and seeking answers to questions that concern the security of us all. Open dialogue and international cooperation are among the most effective tools available to us in addressing both current and future challenges.

Prague has long recognised the importance of preparedness, resilience, and modern technologies for the safe and sustainable development of the city. I am therefore very pleased that this prestigious event is regularly held here in our capital, bringing together experts from the Czech Republic and around the world.

I would like to thank the organisers for their long-standing commitment and dedication, and I wish all participants inspiring discussions, successful meetings, and many valuable insights for their future professional activities.
